We welcome feedback on TreadmillPace. Report tool bugs such as a conversion that does not match the standard pace formula, a number that fails to update, or a layout that breaks on a gym console, phone, or tablet. Feature requests are equally useful: extra units, another conversion direction, a denser printable chart, or a clearer incline estimate. Partnership and licensing inquiries go to the same inbox.

Mail is read on business days. We typically reply within one to two working days. If you are reporting a calculation error, include the input values, the units you used (mph or km/h, min/mile or min/km), what you expected, and what the page showed. A screenshot helps when the issue is visual rather than numeric.

TreadmillPace has no account system, no in-app inbox, and no user profiles. Every bug report, feature request, and partnership inquiry is handled by email. You do not need to register to use the calculator, the chart, or this contact address. If your message concerns privacy, terms of service, or advertising, use the same inbox. Please do not send medical or coaching questions — this site publishes conversion tools, not training plans or clinical advice.
